3. (The Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
Article 2 - Legal Capacity of the Consumer:
1. The consumer acknowledges possessing full legal capacity under applicable laws and regulations to transact with the store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
2. The consumer agrees that in the event of violating this article, they shall bear all consequences of such violation toward third parties.
Article 3 - Nature of Obligation:
1. The store's obligation toward consumers is to provide the (service or product).
2. The store may provide other services, such as after-sales services or related offerings, depending on the nature and type of the (service or product) requested by the consumer.
Article 4 - Rules of Use:

1. Maintain the confidentiality of your account details and password, and immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of confidential data.
2. The store shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct or indirect, moral or material loss incurred by you resulting from disclosing your username or login credentials.
3. Use your account or membership personally, as you bear full responsibility for it. Use by third parties constitutes an authorization by you to act on your behalf.

5. Disclose true, accurate, updated, complete, and lawful information about yourself as required during registration, and update your data promptly when changes occur.

Article 7 - Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:
1. If any article or clause in this agreement is nullified or becomes unenforceable, such circumstance shall not affect the validity of remaining articles, terms, rules, and provisions, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the store administration.
2. This agreement—as amended from time to time—constitutes the working mechanism, understanding, and agreement between the consumer and the store.
3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on requested offers, products, or services, or government-mandated taxes and fees applicable to the product or service.
4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or deduct any fees or expenses under the provisions of these Terms of Use from any consumer, regardless of the reason for their registration.
Article 8 - Payment and Settlement Services:

Article 9 - Intellectual Property:
1. Intellectual property rights associated with the store are wholly owned by the store, whether established prior to or after the platform's creation.
2. The consumer respects all intellectual property rights of the store, including the store name, trademarks, logos, and other symbols displayed, as all rights pertaining to the store's brand are fully owned by the store.
Article 10 - Store Liability:
1. The store undertakes to conduct business through this online platform lawfully and in compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and this agreement.
2. The store assumes no liability for claims arising from errors or negligence, whether direct, indirect, accidental, or caused by the consumer or a third party such as courier companies.
3. The store, its staff, owners, and representatives commit to ensuring that products or services are sound, legitimate, licensed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and utilized for lawful purposes.
Article 11 - Restriction of Access or Membership:
The store may suspend or cancel the consumer's membership or restrict access to platform services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.
Article 12 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and are fully subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities therein.
Article 13 - General Provisions:
If any article or clause in these Terms of Use is nullified or becomes unenforceable, such circumstance shall not invalidate the remaining articles and provisions, which shall remain binding until further notice from store management.
These Terms of Use—as amended from time to time—constitute the entire agreement, operational mechanism, and binding contract between the store and the consumer. Both parties agree to consider the following:
1. The Arabic language shall be the prevailing language in interpreting the provisions of this agreement or upon translation into any other language.

5. This agreement may only be terminated pursuant to a decision issued by the store administration.
