🔁 Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the health-sensitive nature of our products (dietary supplements), returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once the product has been opened or used.
Requests for return or exchange are only accepted under the following conditions:
• Product arrives damaged during transit
• Receiving a product that does not match your placed order
• A fulfillment or shipping error made by the store
⏱️ Notification Period:
You must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of order delivery, clearly stating the issue and providing photos of the product if possible.
📦 Eligibility Requirements:
• The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed condition.
• The original packaging must be fully intact.
• Clear photographic proof must be provided in case of damage or incorrect items.
🚚 Shipping & Returns:
• In case of a store error or transit damage: The store covers all return and replacement shipping fees.
• In all other circumstances: Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
